ABOUT US

Hurricane Parking Lot Services, Inc. (HPLS) was established in 1997. Owner/Operator, William T. Hall, dissolved Central Florida Asphalt Services, Inc. in Orlando, Florida and opened a new company, naming it after his favorite football team, the Miami Hurricanes. The company moved it’s operations (and residence) to New Smyrna Beach, Florida, where the Hall family had been spending most weekends. HPLS began serving businesses in the city of New Smyrna Beach and Volusia County, in addition to Seminole and Orange Counties and has expanded over the years to include businesses located all over the state.

“No job is too big or too small. With over 25 years of experience in construction, ranging from site development work, to the final phase of parking lot construction, to specialty striping, you can be assured I can advise you what is the best, most cost-effective solution for your needs.” Will Hall

THE “A” TEAM

#1 – Experience matters!  Our look has changed, but we are the same people.  Since 1997, HURRICANE PARKING LOT SERVICES, INChas provided parking lot services throughout the entire state of Florida.  We are known in the industry for having the fastest response time and for being overly driven in our efforts to achieve the highest level of customer service.  In March of 2021, owner Will Halll’s son, Kye Hall, started working for the family business and a second location was added in his home town of Port St. Lucie.  Kye has exciting ideas and is working on enhancing the company’s social media presence.  A new website will be coming soon!  The loyal contractors we have partnered with over the years remember when Kye was half the size of his dad, working along side of him on the weekends and wish him much success in his endeavors.  Good luck Kye!  Let’s see where this goes from here…

#2 – Hiring us, is hiring local!  We recommend to anyone who is looking for a contractor to hire a local, experienced one. Many contractors from the north come to Florida for a few months to work and go back up north when winter is over.  Many of these contractors are not familiar with our compliance requirements.  Another thing to keep in mind is that larger construction companies will take on small projects, but won’t actually complete these projects themselves–they subcontract them out to smaller companies.  In return, smaller companies subcontract large projects to larger companies.  When you hire us, you are hiring the best contractors located across the entire State of Florida because HURRICANE PARKING LOT SERVICES, INC. only works with the best!  All of Florida is our local area–our #1 customer is a popular restaurant chain with hundreds of locations!
